Industrias Metco was founded in 1995 as a steel frame construction company. As part of our cost reduction strategy, we purchased steel plates, rods, angles and other shapes above our needs and sold the excess to other companies and the general public. From that point on, we started to commercialize other products, mainly related to the construction industry, but not limited to that sector.
Today, we are a small, but growing company specializing in the representation and commercialization of products that require a direct sales effort. As such, we are driven by results and service to our customers.

This market analysis can be performed for any of the Central American Nations and is specifically prepared with your product / service in mind.
In this case, we will represent you in El Salvador and/or Central America and search for possible buyers, demonstrate your products and services to potential clients. Negotiations can be either conducted directly with clients or under our supervision.
Industrias Metco can purchase and import your products directly from you at wholesale prices and search for customers and distribute your products in El Salvador. We currently service small to large furniture manufacturing and construction businesses and small to medium hardware stores located through out our country in El Salvador.
Depending on your product / service, your level of experience on our markets and potential synergy with Metco’s current product line, we can jointly develop the best marketing plan and provide the adequate level of service to your company.
Your main advantage is the ability to explore new markets at a low initial cost and risk mitigation if you decide to export to El Salvador and/or the Central American Region. You may, in fact, be preparing your company to take advantage of the Free Trade Agreement between the United States and the Central American Nations (CAFTA - DR).
By working with us, you will be acquiring a partner that will guide you through our local economies and help you expand your sales effort by reaching potential new customers.
